Details
Corn is an edible organic food item that provides decent nutritional value to survivors. It can be eaten raw or boiled on fire to enhance its nutritional effects. Survivors can extract seeds from Corn and with enough seeds, they can be planted in a Greenhouse.
Obtaining
There are 4 ways in which a survivor can obtain Corn. Each of them has varying difficulties.

Corn can be randomly found in roads and wasteland as an Abandoned Cornfield. However the search rate is abysmally low and usually requires players luck to encounter one. | |||
| Looting | ||||
|
Corn is also a reward item for defeating unique bandit bases in the map. Each base can reward players with 50-100 units of Corn. However, these bandit bases are heavily fortified and enemies are fully armed with weapons and armours. Its best to prepare before raiding these bases. | |||
| Harvesting | ||||
|
The most conservative way to obtain Corn is through farming. Using a Greenhouse, players can use 100 units of Corn Seeds to operate it. The crops can be harvested after 4 months and it will yield 75-125 units of Corn, although it can be further improved using the Farmer Perk. | |||

Trivia
- While the description says it needed to be boiled for 6 hours, the real boiling time of Corn ingame is 25 minutes.
- Once Corn has reached its expiration date, it will become Rotten Vegetables which can be used as a fish bait.
- Corn can be used as a food source for pet Raven.
