Dried Fish is basically Fresh Fish that has been dried under the sun. Dried Fish offers very little amount of nutrition and negatively impacts water level of the survivor. Nevertheless, it is still a food source that does not spoil and could be ideal for long distance travelling.
Obtaining
Dried Fish can be looted in buildings and cities. Particularly, inside Intact Houses, Bandit Forts and all buildings that store food such as Restaurants and Cafes. They can also be looted from Bandits. The amount of dried fish looted depends mostly on the players luck.
Another way to obtain Dried Fish would be to produce it. Players must need to assemble a Drying Rack in order to hang the fish for drying. Players might need to wait for 3 whole days to obtain the finished product.
