Details
This is quite rarer building that can be spotted in medium and big cities. They usually provides for valued automotive materials, both usable and broken one. Players can find broken welder in chance, which a needed prerequisites to craft the working welder. Also there is chance to get Sulfuric Acid which is needed for beginner players that cannot craft it yet. These alongwith broken vehicles that can be looted, which ensure scrap amount for crafting.

Note that they will come in certain percentage per category. This is list for all posibilities. You may not get these all stuff listed here. Scavenger perk will also affect quantities for selected stuff. "Thirsty for fuel" perk will give players with more fuels that can be looted. Vehicles come with undrained fuel condition in this building.
