Zapolyarny
Zapolyarny is the second city the player will reach. It is close to Nikel, Pechenga, and Prirechny. There is no radiation in the city.
Pros[]
- Good for new players to scavenge for flint.
- Has cars that can be repaired or used for scrap.
- No radiation
- Next to a forest where you can get wood while retreating back to shelter inside the city if acid rain, a blizzard, or a sandstorm comes.
Cons[]
- Has few supplies for experienced players.
- If you are very new and don't have much attack power and armor, then rats might attack and injure you.

The Retribution (removed) quest starts in Zapolyarny.
The Searching for Truth quest continues through Zapolyarny. You will be asked to search a canteen, a pharmacy, a tailor shop, and a school gym.
